The 5100 is a general purpose keypad indicator which can easily be
transformed into a very competent batching indicator to
automatically batch up to 6 individual products in one cycle and
then discharge the contents by weight or time sequences.
Specialised batching features
include: Auto-In-Flight adjustments (each material updated every
batch)
Auto-Jogging routines (for use
with materials with inconsistant flow characteristics)
The materials and recipes are
entered/stored/recalled by using up to 6 Alpha-numeric characters
Batch size adjustments can be
made by "% adjustment" or "Number of Times"
Full printing, reporting and
usage logs are also available.
For manual loading sequences,
up to 20 materials can be controlled and tracked.
There are also software
timers, pause sequences and safety interlocks available
